Several luxury vehicles are available with head-up displays, which project information such as vehicle speed onto the windshield in the driver’s field of view, but some non-luxury models also offer this feature, such as the Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro, Buick LaCrosse, GMC Acadia and Toyota Prius.

Among luxury models available with a head-up display are the Audi A6; BMW 3, 5 and 7 Series, X5 and X6; and the Lexus HS 250h, RX 350 and 450h.

Prices range from about $1,000 up to nearly $5,000 for option packages that include a head-up display, so the cost can be significant.
