Currently, you cannot get navigation on upscale SL models, and my dealer has no idea when they will be available.
Nissan says demand has exceeded the supply for the $1,090 Technology Package, which includes blind spot and lane departure warning systems, so you have plenty of company around the country trying to find an Altima SL with that equipment.
We can find a handful of 2013 Altima SL models with the optional Technology Package in our neck of the woods and other areas, but none in yours using the Cars.com inventory search feature. Not only is the supply limited in most areas, but also the cars are selling quickly because customers started lining up for SL models with the Technology Package months ago. Some were pre-sold, so buyers are literally waiting for the delivery trucks to arrive.
If you can cool your heels for a couple of months, your patience may be rewarded. More SL models with the nav system will be available, you will be competing with fewer other buyers and maybe the prices will come down.
