The 2013 Azera is on sale now. The front-wheel-drive, full-size Azera sedan was redesigned for 2012 and, not unsurprisingly, is unchanged for 2013.
Hyundai giveth and taketh an increase in the Azera’s gas mileage, however, as the EPA highway fuel-economy estimate originally increased for 2013 by 1 mpg to 30, and the combined estimate increased by the same amount to 24 mpg. But after Hyundai announced revised ratings because of an error in testing procedures, the 2013 is now rated at 20/29 mpg city/highway and a combined 23 mpg. The 2013 is rated 1 mpg higher than the 2012 in highway ratings.
