No, the redesigned CR-V has a one-piece liftgate, same as the previous generation.

Several SUVs do come with flip-up rear windows, including the Honda Pilot, Ford Escape, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Liberty, Nissan Pathfinder and Toyota Highlander, among others. We wish more SUVs came with flip-up windows so we wouldn’t have to open the liftgate every time we needed to put something in the cargo area.
