Assuming you’re considering a coupe (as opposed to a convertible), we would suggest you look at the Honda Accord or the Nissan Altima as the current models that come closest to the Camry Solara, offered by Toyota through 2008.
Like the Camry Solara, the Accord and Altima coupes are spinoffs of midsize family sedans with front-wheel drive, a choice of four-cylinder or V-6 engines and features that are similar to the Solara.
Base prices on the Accord coupe run from roughly $23,000 to $30,000, and the Altima coupe’s price range is about $1,000 higher on both ends.
Sportier alternatives among coupes include the Dodge Challenger, Ford Mustang, Hyundai Genesis Coupe and the Scion tC. If you’d rather have more wind blowing through your hair and are willing to up the price ante, possibilities among convertibles include the Chrysler 200, Volkswagen Eos, Chevrolet Camaro and the Mustang. Neither the Accord nor the Altima is offered as a convertible.
