You can get a convertible with all-wheel drive, but not with a hardtop. Your selections are limited to the Audi A5/S5 and TT/TTS and the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet, at least if you want to keep the price below $100,000. The Jeep Wrangler off-road-capable SUV may not be what you had in mind, but it is available with four-wheel drive, a standard removable soft-top and a removable hardtop.


Choices among hardtop convertibles include the BMW 3 Series and Z4, Mazda MX-5 Miata, Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class and Porsche Boxster, all of which have rear-wheel drive. There’s also the Volkswagen Eos and Volvo C70, which have front-wheel drive.
