Chrysler, which is operated by Fiat, announced in November that the 2012 Fiat 500 will start at $15,500. That is for a base Pop model. The 500 Sport will start at $17,500, and the top-shelf Lounge at $19,500, and Chrysler has strongly urged its 130 Fiat dealers to sell the car at sticker price.
