In fact, yes. We evaluated the Subaru Forester against models like the Nissan Rogue, Honda CR-V, Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4 for the very purpose of testing blind spots.
At the end of the day, it’s hard to beat the great visibility offered by the Forester because of its tall windows, narrow pillars and large rear-quarter windows. You can read our comparison here: The 5 O'clock Shadow: Blind Spots, Spotted.
Although the comparison tested 2009 models, little has changed in the overall design to add or take away rear visibility for most of the models that haven’t been redesigned.
