I want a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a blind spot warning system, but it says “late availability,” and I want to know how long that will be.
Late availability for the Jeep Grand Cherokee’s blind spot warning system means the fourth quarter of this year, according to a Chrysler representative we consulted. A pre-production Grand Cherokee we tested had the system installed, but consumers will have to wait for the feature until at least October.
The Grand Cherokee’s blind spot warning system won’t be available on all models, just the Limited and Overland trims. The system will be packaged with other features, including adaptive speed control, forward collision warning and rear cross path detection.
