The 2010 RAV4’s standard seating configuration is two rows with room for five people; opting for a third row adds room for two additional passengers. The lucky two who sit in the third row should probably be kids or smaller adults because there isn’t much room back there.

For 2010, base models ($21,500) have a third row as a $940 option; at a minimum, it requires a $120 package that includes 17-inch wheels. Sport trim levels do not have a third row available, so you can look past those. On Limited four-cylinder models ($24,490), a third row is $850 and not tied to any packages. The Limited V-6 ($26,410) has a third row as a $750 option; it also isn’t tied to any packages.Rav4base
