Besides GM models that have a head-up display, BMW and Lexus offer this feature, which projects information like speed, stereo functions and navigation directions on a portion of the windshield in front of the driver.  

From BMW’s 2010 lineup you can get the 5 Series, 6 Series and 7 Series cars as well as the X5 and X6 SUVs with the feature, which is optional. The 2010 Lexus HS 250h hybrid has an available head-up display, as does the 2010 RX 350 and RX 450h.Lexushs250h

From the GM lineup, the 2010 Buick Lacrosse, 2010 GMC Acadia, 2010 Cadillac STS, 2010 Chevrolet Corvette and 2009 Cadillac XLR offer a head-up display.
