If not, what is the lowest model type that offers the system as an option?
Navigation doesn’t come standard on any Camry. If you want navigation on the Camry you’ll have to look at SE (automatic transmission only) and XLE trims where it’s a $2,820 and $1,810 option, respectively. Base, LX and manual transmission SE models don’t have a navigation system.
Included with the navigation is an upgraded sound system with in-dash CD changer, satellite radio, USB input with iPod connectivity and Bluetooth.
Only offering a navigation system on more expensive trim levels isn’t uncommon in this segment. The 2010 Hyundai Sonata and 2010 Honda Accord don’t offer base models with the option, either. The 2010 Chevrolet Malibu does include a form of navigation standard on all models with its turn-by-turn navigation feature. Chevrolet’s system works through OnStar and the audio system. It isn’t an in-dash system with a screen like the Camry.

Camry is Toyota's' top of the line model, IMO it should come standard, because other car companies have it as standard in their flagship models.
I have seen that they have, maybe you are better look at the manufactur website for more info
I think the navigation should be standard in any model that comes out now.

Toyota Camry has been a great car ever since they rolled off the line, even with the navigation not included.
You can purchase navigation for so cheap these days why would you spend that extra $1800 to $2000 when you can get a great model for $99 and stick it right to your windshield.
This model is so fascinating. The features are very interesting. Any one would desire to buy a car of this kind.
