The 2010 Lexus RX 450h and 2009 Saturn Vue are hybrid SUVs that offer rain-sensing wipers as optional equipment. A vehicle with a rain-sensing wiper system automatically detects the amount of moisture on the windshield and will adjust wiper speed accordingly.
Starting at $41,660, the RX 450h has the feature as part of a Comfort Package ($825). To get this package, you also have to get the RX 450h’s Premium Package ($2,400) and bi-xenon headlights ($1,175).
The Vue Hybrid’s rain-sensing wipers are part of the Comfort & Convenience Package, adding $1,120 to the Vue’s $28,160 base price. Eight-way power driver’s seat, heated side mirrors, heated washer fluid, Bluetooth and more are also included in this package. There’s currently a $1,500 cash-back offer or zero-percent financing for 60 months available on the Vue.
