Hydraulic mounts are drivetrain mounts filled with hydraulic fluid to better isolate vibrations.
In most cases, engines and transmissions are attached to the chassis by mounts made of solid rubber or neoprene. Hydraulic mounts are becoming more widespread because the hydraulic fluid they contain more effectively damps vibrations, which better isolates the rest of the vehicle structure and its occupants.
