What are the Honda Fit's competitors?

I'm looking at getting a Honda Fit. What are some other cars that I should also test drive that are in same price range and gas mileage?

Lance , Tallahassee, Fla.

The current generation subcompact Fit has taken top honors in our 2007 small car face-off, where it competed with the Toyota Yaris and Hyundai Accent. The Fit also was named 2008’s Best Deal for First-Time Drivers in Cars.com’s Lifestyle Awards.

Because it’s well-equipped with features, including six airbags, antilock brakes and power windows/locks, the Fit is generally more expensive than its competition, which includes the Yaris, Accent, Scion xD and Chevrolet Aveo5.

A redesigned 2009 Fit is about to hit the roads this fall, so you should be able to find a good deal on first generation Fits. That is, if any are left after fuel prices sent people into a compact-car buying craze. In June, new Fits only spent an average of 11 days on dealership lots before being sold.

The Fit actually had 20 days worth of inventory in June. Where did you get the 11 figure from?
