Honda offers iPod integration on some of its models, but the Accord isn’t one of them. You can still listen to an iPod or any other MP3 player with the standard auxiliary input jack on all 2008 and 2009 Accords, but you won’t be able to control the iPod through the stereo’s controls or charge it while it’s connected to the jack.

Hondas with iPod integration include the 2009 Honda Pilot and 2009 Honda Civic; it’s available on the higher-end trim levels, including the Pilot’s Touring trim and Civic’s EX, EX-L, Hybrid and Si trims. The upcoming 2009 Fit also will have iPod integration.

Kinda doesn't make sense that the Civic and Fit offer it and the flagship Accord doesn't. Maybe you should get a Fit. Save some cash, Save some gas :D

Actually the 2009 Accords do have ipod integration. I just had it installed on my new Accord. The cord comes out of the glove compartment. I can control the ipod through the stereo.

Hi, I live in South Africa and I am a proud owner of the Honda Accord 2.0 Auto Executive. The car is 95% complete and perfect, the balance 5% is that it does not have xenon driving lights, the electric windows can not operate via the remote as mentioned in the Driver manual and the central locking does NOT self lock on take off similar to the other Luxury branded vehicles. Nevertheless, according to the Drivers manual, this self locking and window close via the remote is available and only the Honda Dealer can adjust or reprogram the settings. On quering this part to the local dealer and local head office, they advice that they do not have the setting programs.
