The 2009 Pontiac Vibe now comes with OnStar as standard equipment on all trim levels, whereas in previous years it was optional. For 2009, it includes one year of service with hands-free voice-activated calling, automatic door unlock, automatic crash response and roadside assistance.

I would like to know the specific list of OnStar features that come with the 2009 Pontiac Vibe for the first year only - I am seeing different features in different places and do not know which is accurate.

Thank you,

Pam

According to the Pontiac site, these Onstar features come with the Vibe:

"OnStar AccidentAssist, Get step–by–step guidance about what to do in the event of an accident.

"OnStar Automatic Notification of Air Bag Deployment, An OnStar Advisor can call your vehicle in the case of air bag deployment to find out if you need assistance.

"OnStar Emergency Services, An OnStar Advisor can call for help if your vehicle is involved in a frontal–, rear–, or side–impact crash–regardless of air bag deployment.

"OnStar Remote Door Unlock, Send a signal to an OnStar Advisor who can, in most cases, unlock your doors remotely.

"OnStar Roadside Assistance, Contact OnStar if you run out of gas or get a flat tire, and we'll send assistance to your exact location.

"OnStar Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance, OnStar will work with authorities to attempt to locate your vehicle if it is stolen."
