Hummer’s general manager, Martin Walsh, oversees Hummer’s worldwide marketing, sales, dealer development and management strategy. Come June, Walsh will still be the general manager, but General Motors has announced plans to realign its corporate ladder, and there will now be a brand vice president for separate divisions. The premium division of Cadillac, Hummer and Saab will get Mark McNabb as its brand vice president.

So that’s a brief and minuscule glance at the massive GM corporate structure, but your best bet is still to contact Hummer through Hummer.com or a customer assistance center. At Hummer.com’s “Contact Us” section there are options to contact Hummer or General Motors to request vehicle information, make product suggestions, report a problem and ask questions about advertisements. If you have a specific problem with your Hummer, you’ll need the truck or SUV’s vehicle identification number, found on the vehicle’s registration card.

With general questions and concerns you can also contact Hummer customer assistance at 1-800-REAL-4WD (1-800-732-5493). If you’re an owner, call 1-866-HUMMER-6 (1-866-486-6376) and have your VIN information ready.
