Back in November 2007, Chrysler announced plans to cut four models from its lineup, with 2008 being the last model year for each, including the Chrysler Crossfire, Pacifica and PT Cruiser convertible, as well as the Dodge Magnum. Production of the German-built Crossfire ceased a month later.

You can still find new Crossfires on dealership lots, and there are many 2008 models listed in our new-car inventory. There’s also a $1,000 cash-back incentive offered in your area, Walterboro, S.C., for both coupe and convertible Crossfires. The cash-back offer is available to qualified buyers until Jan. 1, 2009.

Another incentive you may have heard in recent news is Chrysler's gas card offer that gets you gasoline, E85 or diesel fuel at $2.99 a gallon for three years. Unfortunately, that offer does not apply to the Crossfire.

Overpriced when I can get a Z for better performance.

Now that Chrysler is no longer owned by Benzo, the Benzo designed cars are going, going, gone! The new ownership to Chrysler is trying to trim the fat of the company, in hopes to save whats left. The Dodge Nitro, which is a Jeep Liberty, is also going.
