Mercedes-Benz currently sells only one wagon in the U.S., and that’s the E-Class. There are two E-Class wagons: One is your typical people- and cargo-carrier (E350), while the other is an unassuming performance machine posing as a family wagon (E63 AMG).

The E350 luxury wagon starts at $55,950 and comes with Mercedes’ standard 4Matic all-wheel drive. The E350 wagon is equipped with a 268-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 and five-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy ratings are 16/21 mpg city/highway.

OK, so that’s the plain Jane wagon. On the complete opposite end of the usability spectrum is the E63 AMG wagon, which has Mercedes’ 507-hp, 6.3-liter V-8 stuffed in the front end. The E63 only comes with rear-wheel drive, and fuel economy is 12/18 mpg. Oh yeah — the price is $86,050.
